Is cannabis legal in Berlin?
Since 1 April 2024, adults in all of Germany, including Berlin, may possess, grow and use cannabis under certain conditions. Selling it remains illegal. All the rules.
Can tourists buy cannabis in Berlin?
No. There are no legal cannabis shops, and cannabis clubs require six months' residence in Germany. What visitors need to know.
